Dairac still has a point that more than one person should be able to upload stories. In my experience, it is never a good idea to have a single person in charge of ANY part of a website, else the site will go through frequent phases of death and life.
And as Caraid has pointed out earlier in this thread that will be something that is looked at....

Until that happens getting impatient won't help the situation....
