Cadence and denuseri makes a pretty good point... i guess it is the "being used" "giving pleasure" bit that gets me going more than the actual act of gagging (although i'm one of those mythological women who really really really love giving head...)
I guess it's pretty similar to anal then... i find it quite uncomfortable, but i like how much he likes it...
