I've worn a body harness, crotch rope and a makeshift bra out of rope.
Some of the breast bondage and the crotch rope were made to reveal just a tiny bit when I was out in public. That was the point of me wearing it though. I didn't mind much, until I saw someone actually notice it.

I have also used saran wrap as an alternative to bra and panties, and have used duct tape.
I don't recommend either, unless you plan to wear it for a short period of time
