February Entry: Blood Line

I'm not sure if I'm suppose to post comments here, but if not, I'm sure Widget will move it.

I really liked this one; it's different and imaginative. The only problem I have with it is that, to me, it feels like it needs filling out--it reads like a very condensed version of a much longer story. Or, maybe I'm just greedy for more?

At first, it was longer, but I cut it down to conform with the story contest rule of a maximum of 1,000 words. I guess that shows, in some ways.

I am so ignorant at times, sorry, I didn't realise there was a limit of the length of these stories. I'd love to read the full version sometime.
